中国人工智能学会

中国人工智能学会(Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence,CAAI)成立于1981年,是经国家民政部正式注册的我国智能科学技术领域唯一的国家级学会,是全国性4A级社会组织,挂靠单位为北京邮电大学;是中国科学技术协会的正式团体会员,具有推荐“两院院士”的资格。

目前拥有40个分支机构,包括34个专业委员会和6个工作委员会,覆盖了智能科学与技术领域。学会活动的学术领域是智能科学技术,活动地域是中华人民共和国全境,基本任务是团结全国智能科学技术工作者和积极分子通过学术研究、国内外学术交流、科学普及、学术教育、科技会展、学术出版、人才推荐、学术评价、学术咨询、技术评审与奖励等活动促进我国智能科学技术的发展,为国家的经济发展、社会进步、文明提升、安全保障提供智能化的科学技术服务。

Founded in 1981, Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) , which officially registered at the Ministry of Civil Affairs, is the only domestic national society in the field of intelligence science and technology. It is also a national 4A-level social organization and it attached to the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). As a formal group member China Association for Science and Technology (BAST), CAAI is qualified for recommending candidates for the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE).

At present, CAAI boasts 40 branches, including 34 specialized committees and 6 working committees, covering the field of intelligent science and technology. The academic field of CAAI activities is intelligent science and technology, the activity area is the whole territory of the People’s Republic of China. Its basic task is to unite the national intelligent scientific and technical workers and activists to promote the development of intelligent science and technology in China through academic research, domestic and international academic exchange, science popularization, academic education, science and technology exhibition, academic publishing, talent recommendation, academic evaluation, academic consultation, technology appraisal and reward and other activities, so as to provide intelligent science and technology services for China’s economic development, social progress, civilization promotion, and safety assurance.

National Engineering Research for Information Technology in Agriculture was established in 2000 and was officially approved by The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China as National Engineering Research Center for Information Technology in Agriculture (NERCITA) in 2001.As an institution for scientific research, it mainly engages in research and development of agriculture and rural informationization engineering technology. Based on the requirement of national agriculture and rural informationization construction, the major mission is to make technology innovation, establish technique platform and develop significant products, which focuses on the five aspects, agricultural intelligent information processing technology, remote sensing & geographic information system in agriculture, precision agriculture & intelligent equipment, biological environment control engineering & automation technology in agriculture and fast detection techniques of agricultural product security & the monitoring technology of the farmland environmental quality. The ultimate goal is to provide a powerful technology support for agricultural modernization and new rural construction. NERCITA also is one of the first group of modern agricultural oversea intelligence bases approved by Beijing association for science and technology.

Mr. Yan Jiang from the 2013 Smart Car Future Challenge champion team has been focusing on low-cost sensor configuration, auto-driving with non-high-precision map during the past years. They have achieved over 10K kilometers of high-speed auto-driving in an open environment and with a variety of road conditions.

北京航空航天大学机器人研究所

北京理工大学计算机专业创建于1958年,是全国最早设立计算机专业的高校之一。1980年成立计算机科学工程系,2005年成立计算机科学技术学院,2009年更名为计算机学院。 学院拥有计算机科学与技术一级学科博士学位、硕士学位授权点和博士后流动站,拥有生物医学工程一级学科和情报学二级学科硕士学位授权点,以及计算机科学与技术、物联网工程两个本科专业。学院建有四个省部级重点学科,两个省部级重点实验室。

Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) was founded in 1940 in Yan’an, Shaanxi Province and was relocated to Beijing in 1949. The following year, the main campus and the Departments of Maths, Physics and Chemistry of the Institut Franco-Chinois were merged with BIT.

BIT has always formulated its strategies in light of national strategic needs and global developments in science and technology and education, and in accordance with its own strengths and missions. These strategies include: consolidating its strengths in mechanical and vehicle engineering and automation; leveraging its advantages and distinctive programmes in ITrelated disciplines; and developing new strengths in aerospace engineering. BIT will build its strengths in both science and engineering, and simultaneously develop disciplines in management and humanities.

Engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics and mathematics are the five disciplines in BIT that are ranked among the top 1% in Essential Science Indicators (ESI) global ranking. 自2010年开始,ASW设计车间就隐匿在一个北京老街区的一个传统的四合院里。但是ASW车间里却是发生着当下最有科技含量的数字设计与数字建造的事儿。

ASW设计车间致力于一场“化学反应”的变革。这种反应建立在信息时代背景下的数字技术平台之上,并将最新的科学技术融入到艺术活动中去。 比如讲三维打印技术和机器人技术同艺术创作相结合。近年来,ASW设计车间由于一系列的超前创作行为得到了全球性的关注,这些创作作品是基于长期坚持不懈的研究而衍生出来的。在2015北京设计周期间,ASW联合LCD(Laboratory for Creative Design)创作的Vulcan Pavilion被吉尼斯世界纪录组织鉴定为“世界上最大的三维打印构筑物”。在构筑物的含义之上,Vulcan Pavilion更是一个体面的公共活动空间,一个吸纳各种有意义的人类行为的建筑空间。

ASW工作车间同时将工业机器人的应用同数字手工艺相结合,引领当下最火热的话题—人机相置换的未来发展趋势。“机器人三维空间打印”这个作品,一个仿生学同三维打印及机器人相结合的研究,已经得到国内外学术团体的极大关注,并成为一些尖端研究项目的参考原型。现在,ASW设计车间拥有40多台自主研发的大型三维打印机和3台KUKA工业机器人,并做好准备拥抱即将到来的工业4.0标准及中国制造的大潮!

Archi-solution Workshop, an architectural studio that situates in a traditional area but embraces contemporary digital design and fabrication technology, was founded since 2010 in Beijing China.

ASW is engaging in a ‘chemical’ solution that forges the latest digital technology and design art together, for instance the technologies of 3D printing and industrial robots. In recent years, ASW has gained global reorganization by a serial of physical installations which is based on an incessant research for years. In Beijing Design Week 2016, the Vulcan Pavilion is certificated by Guinness World Organization as ‘the largest 3D printed structure.’ Besides structure, it performed more as a decent public space that inspires various human activities.

ASW take the robotic dexterity into digital craftsmanship, which is a popular approach during the current drastic transition between machine in artificial intelligence and human being. The project of Robotic 3D Spatial Printing, a biomimetic fabrication by 3D printing and industrial robot, has drawn great attention around the world, and become a very important academic reference in many prestigious institutions. Currently, ASW has two KUKA robots and over 40 large scale 3d printers. Supported by these super gears, we areprobing a new type of how design and fabrication design unit presents its identity in the arriving environment of Industry v.4.0.

ASW is a team composed by multi-disciplinary members. They are architects, artist, mathematician, mechanist and computer programmer. Parametric design tool and philosophy is the fundamental platform. We are flowing in from different direction and pooling in one single direction, which is looking forward to the future design and fabrication industry.
